Olivant sources proprietary deals through our network and we do not rely on auctions.

Olivant only invests where:

• There is a clear and executable plan to add and extract value
• We are empowered directly or in conjunction with co-owners to create long term value
• The investment combines provision of operational advice and capital.

Olivant has the flexibility to tailor the structure of any given investment to the opportunity:

• Either control or minority positions, provided that Olivant always has sufficient influence to deliver our targeted outcome
• Listed or unlisted securities, across the capital structure.

Olivant seeks to work with the support of governments, regulators and business leaders.

We aspire to be leaders in the governance and transparency offered to our shareholders. Shareholders have pre-emption and first refusal rights on further primary placements and secondary share sales and priority on co-investment and, where appropriate, collateral business opportunities.
