Partnerships

Our business is a balance between Olivant, its shareholders and the companies in which it invests. Olivant's shareholders are invited, whenever appropriate, to co-invest alongside Olivant, and alignment is strong between all three groups:

• Senior professionals are all equity partners in Olivant Limited, investing alongside outside shareholders. This allows us to build a long term culture and business and ensures perfect alignment between the internal partners and external shareholders
• Shareholders receive an investment return from the performance of the companies in portfolio; as income from co-investments and as a direct participation in any increase in the value of Olivant Limited and its subsidiaries
• Olivant's deep strategic and operational involvement in companies ensures alignment with their shareholders and management
