Alan Morgan
Alan Morgan (President) was at McKinsey for 28 years and was a Senior Partner for the last 15 years. Alan built McKinsey's Financial Institutions practices in several jurisdictions (UK; Europe including Turkey and Eastern Europe; and the Middle East) and was also one of a small number of Senior Partners supervising the McKinsey Investment Office, which manages over $3 billion of employee investments and retirement plans.
Alan has served central banks and market regulators and has helped create new businesses (e.g. in direct response insurance, credit cards and consumer finance). Alan has also successfully implemented large operational improvement projects including at Abbey National, where he worked closely with Luqman Arnold in the repositioning of Abbey National's retail banking business before its successful sale to Santander.
